What counts as one document?
One PDF. A purchase order running to three pages is still one document.
What happens when a number does not add up?
It is held back and marked for you. A number that fails a check is never written out quietly.
Do I have to set up a template first?
No. There is nothing to configure, and nothing breaks when a vendor changes their layout.
Can my bookkeeper get to the data?
Yes. Add them on your account page with their own login, set to look and export rather than change anything. There is no extra charge for it.
What if I go over in a busy month?
The month keeps running. There is a daily ceiling to stop runaway costs — email us and we will raise it.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. It is month to month, and you can export everything as CSV whenever you want.
