Terms

Last updated 28 July 2026

Draft. This was written by the founder to describe honestly what the product does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice. It needs a solicitor's eye before this product takes money or handles a customer's documents in earnest.

What the service does

Parselo reads vendor purchase orders and invoices that you send it, and writes the line items into a spreadsheet you control. It does not pay anyone, does not post to your accounting system, and does not make decisions on your behalf.

Accuracy — read this one

The reading is automated and it can be wrong. Every document is checked against itself before anything is sent — the line items have to add up to the printed total, among other checks — and anything that fails is held back for you to look at. That catches a great deal. It does not catch everything.

The numbers remain yours to check before you rely on them. Do not pay a bill, close a period, or file anything on the strength of what we produced without looking at it. We are not liable for a decision made on an extracted figure.

If we get something wrong, tell us. A wrong number is the thing we most want to know about, and every report changes the tests.

Your data is yours

You keep ownership of your documents and everything read out of them. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your documents, send their contents to be read, and write the results where you asked. Nothing more.

Your account

Keep your sign-in link to yourself; anyone with it can reach your documents. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Do not send documents you have no right to send, and do not use the service to process another company's paperwork without their agreement.

Early access

This is early software from a very small team. There is no uptime guarantee, features will change, and something will break at some point. In exchange you get direct access to the person building it and disproportionate influence over what gets built.

There are usage limits so that one account cannot run up costs for everyone. If you hit one, ask and we will almost certainly raise it.

Money

Pricing is set out when you sign up, and we will not change what you pay without telling you first and giving you a chance to leave. You can stop at any time, and your data is exportable as CSV until the moment your account closes.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like — email javier@systemizedflow.com and we will do it. We may close an account that is being used to break these terms or to endanger the service for others — in which case we will tell you why, and give you your data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect. Small corrections are made here with a new date at the top.
